Worship Service

Sunday, 10:30am

The Sunday morning worship service is a time of singing, prayer, and the preaching of God’s word. The aim is that God would be praised (Col. 3:16-17) and that God’s people would be both encouraged (Heb. 10:24-25) and equipped (Eph. 4:11-16). The worship service is followed by a potluck-style lunch in the fellowship room.

We are pleased to offer a live stream of our Sunday morning worship service via Facebook Live. Streaming begins at 10:30 A.M. on our Facebook page.

Women's Bible Study

Monday, 6:00pm

The women of our church meet weekly to study through God’s Word and for mutual encouragement. We are currently meeting via Zoom. For more information contact Kristi Mock.

Sunday School

Sunday, 9:00am

Sunday school places an emphasis on practical teaching for Christian living and service. The aim is to further equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-16). Sunday School is open to all ages.

Bible Study

Wednesday, 6:00pm

The Bible study is an opportunity to take a closer look at God’s Word. The aim is to become better students of the Bible (Acts 17:11) that we might be further equipped for every good work (2 TIm. 3:16-17). This study is open to all ages.

While the Bible study normally meets at the church, the first Thursday of the month is dedicated to serving the elderly residents of Pearl Pavilion in Freeport, IL. The aim is to encourage the residents with singing, fellowship, and a short devotional. On these evenings we meet at the church at 6:00 P.M. and carpool to Pearl Pavilion.

Youth Bible Study

Sunday, 6:00pm

The youth and young adult Bible study is for grade 7 through college (though parents are always welcome). This is a fruitful time of Christ-centered singing, teaching, and fellowship. The aim is to see teens and young adults not only come to faith in Jesus Christ, but to be actively serving Him (2 Tim. 3:14-17). This study meets at the home of Eric and Jesse Johnson. Please call for directions.
